Destination:

1st day:

Arrival at Zurich - Airport Pick up by the guide and the Minibus or private car. Drive to Interlaken, Overnight in Interlaken, Indian Dinner in Interlaken.

2nd day:

Titlis and Lucerne

Excursion to Engelberg and visit of the Mount Titlis. The Titlis is the highest glacier excursion destination and biggest ski and snowboard paradise in Central Switzerland. The Titlis, Engelberg's "House Mountain" and it's glacier park are accessible by revolving rotair cableway. At an altitude of 3020 metres above sea level visitors are treated to a fabulous view of the central Alps. The Titlis Glacier Park and "Ice Flyer" chairlift are a paradise for those keen to glide down the slopes on skis or some of the other snow-gliding equipment for beginners and adventurers which is available free of charge and there are a freestyle park, glacier grotto in the eternal ice and walking options on the Titlis. Visit of Lucerne and Cruise on the Lake Lucerne, Excursion to the famous sightseeing attractions in Lucerne including Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument and Hofkirche. Enjoy a cruise on the lake lucerne which is fascinating due to its picturesque landscape and historical sites. Ovvernight in Interlaken, Indian Dinner in Interlaken.

3rd day:

Jungfraujoch

Full day excursion to Jungfraujoch. The Jungfrau Railway, which leads through the heart of the mountains and up to the highest train station in Europe (at 3454 meters above sea level), offers unbelievable views of the mountain giants Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and of the longest river of ice in the Alps. The Jungfrau Railway leads from Kleine Scheidegg up to Jungfraujoch. It climbs nearly 1400 meters in height and covers a distance of more than seven kilometers in tunnels along the nine kilometer long stretch. In the interior of the summit at Europe's highest train station (the peak is called "Sphinx"), a lift takes visitors to the peak with it's observatory and the famous observation platform, from which one has a magnificent view of the mountains and the Aletsch Glacier. The Jungfrau-Aletsch region with it's unique plant and animal world is the first Unesco World Natural Heritage Site in the entire Alpine region. Further sights include the Ice Palace, the Si and Snowboard Park and the glacier restaurant "Top of Europe". Overnight in Interlaken, Indian Dinner in Interlaken.

4th day

Tropical House of Frutigen and Loetschberg Tunnel Full day excursion to the Tropical House in Frutigen There is 100 Liter of warm water per second coming from the Tunnel of Loetschberg to the Tropical House in Frutigen. You can explore the function of this natural Energy System and you will have a lecture and visit to see how you can work with renewable Energy Systems. The tropical house in Frutigen offers a thrilling combination of sustainable exotic plants, aqua culture and fascinating information in the midst of the mountain world. The exhibition is dedicated to mountains, energy, fish farming, nutrition, sustainability, and the tropics. In the afternoon you have a guided Tour into the Loetschberg Tunnel. The most modern Train Tunnel of the world You visit the Tunnel and the operations center of the tunnel. Overnight in Interlaken, Indian Dinner in Interlaken.

5th day:

Visit of the Open Air Museum Ballenberg Since the 1970s old farmhouses, stables, bakehouses or barns are no longer demolished when they are due to be replaced by modern buildidngs. Instead, the buildings are dismantled stone by stone and rebuilt in the Ballenberg Open Air Museum. What began in 1978 with 16 characteristic Swiss buildings, is today an extensive exhibition with about 100 residential and agricultural buildings from all over Switzerland, on a 66 hectare large area: this is the Ballenberg Open Air Museum. The historic buildings and their kitchens, chambers and living rooms illustrate rural life in Switzerland. But Ballenberg Museum really comes to life thanks to the original and authentic cultivation of useful plants, the over 250 domestic farm animals and thanks to the craftsmen and farmers who work with traditional tools. Thematic exhibitions and special events about culture and customs complement the offerings. Overnight in Interlaken, Indian Dinner in Interlaken.

6th day

Powerplant Grimsel

In the winter the Grimsel world is steeped in tranquility and solitude. But deep in the mountain, life continues to pulsate. Here the turbines of the power plant of Oberhasli run at full blast throughout the year. Visitors who take the viewing tour make their way into the depths of the subterranean world of the power plant. After an aerial cable car ride across the tranquil landscape interested visitors will learn more about electricity. In the Gerstenegg Crystal Chasm you can marvel at the sight of sparkling ephemeral snow crystals and genuine mountain crystals. In the afternoon drive to Zurich, Dinner at an Indian Restaurant in Zurich, Excursion Zurich by Night, Overnight at a hotel in Zurich.

7th day

Full day in Zurich for optional excursions and shopping As a "metropolis of experiences" by the water, with a magnifienct view of the snowcapped Alps on the horizon, Zurich offers a unique mixture of attractions - over 50 museums and more than 100 art galleries, international fashion labels and Zurich designs, and the most flamboyant and lively nightlife in Switzerland. Recreational activities range from a visit to the riverside and lakeside bathing areas in the very heart of the city, to a spectacular hike on the Uetliberg mountain. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant in Zurich, Overnight at the Hotel in Zurich.

8th day

In the morning drive to the airport of Zurich, Flight back to India.

View Point Glacier 3000 The mountain station located at 3000 meters above sea level was designed by the famous architect Mario Botta The View Point is reached by walking a few feet to a staircase that leads to the top. It is located next tot the Mountain Restaurant Botta. Once you reach the top, your view sweeps across the fabulous 360° panorama. The most beautiful Alpine peaks - fro Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to the Matterhorn and Mont-Blanc - can be admired from here. No less than 24 four-thousand-meter peaks delight the visitor

Rhine Falls - Spectacular Falling Water To stand high above Europes largest waterfall feeling the roar and vibration of the water over ones entire body - this can be experienced at the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen. By ship one can reach castles, the Rhine Falls Basn and even the mighty rock in the midst of the waterfall. Due to tectonic shifts in the Ice Age, the Rhine River was forced into a new riverbed oveer 15'000 years. The rock can be reached on a circular tour of the Rhine Falls, during which one can observe the natural spectacle from up close. Virtually in the middle of the waterfall, visitors stand on platforms that jut out and partially hover over the Rhine. Visit of the IWC Watch Factory and Museum in Schaffhausen
